About Us
Watching shoppers over the years, I have noticed a genuine lack of knowledge about achieving a proper fit. Customers can’t always tell what fits and sales staff often are not properly aquainted with the elements of a comfortable fit.
Shoes and clothing being the most difficult. One reason is many retailers measure success by the number of packages someone carries out the door.
I often ask – “How many will be returned?” and if it is returned- was it really a sale?
All one has done is make an item temporarily unavailable for someone who really wanted it. To combat this problem I have amassed as much information as I can on each brand, style and item I carry.
My goal is to ensure that the item will fit, is appropriate for the occasion or task at hand and complements the person buying it.
You will not recommend an item you if don’t wear it and most of my business comes from referals. When people ask my customers – “Where did you get that?” They smile and are happy to recommend me to their friends. It is the greatest compliment to recieve.
